Cesare Sent was born in Murano, and he is living and working there.
He descend from two families of Muranese glass masters.
Cesare started to work the glass already as teenager, acquiring rogresively the maestery of the Muranese working techniques and concentrating further his interest on fusing, lampworking and kiln-casting.
Thanks to a deep reaching research on glass and techics his workshop produce a wide collection of articles like animals, vases, plates, picture-frames, lamps, cloks, etc. ; but his main creative effort is in macking artistic single pieces.
His works are exhibited in important galleries and private collections in Europe. United States and Japan.
Cesare is in the board of directors of Centro Studio Vetro, in the editorial staff of VETRO magazine and member of Glass Art Cociety of Seattle (U.S.A.).
